Hempy Jicama Watercress Salad!

Watcha gunna need for this delicious healthy salad:

1/2 medium sized jicama in strips through a mandoline

1 bunch watercress

2 large carrots in strips through a mandoline

1 cup mung sprouts

1/2 cup cilantro chopped

2 fresh mint leaves chopped

1/4 cup hemp seed nut

Option: 1/3 cup Arame sea weed soaked until softened

Option: Sprinkle broken bits of nori sheets

Dressing combine in a blender:

1/2 cup hemp seed oil

3 tbsp un-pasteurized apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp un-pasteurized Nama Shoyu

1 tsp coconut sugar crystals

1/4 cup raw almond butter

1/2 tsp minced garlic

Zest of lime
