ORIGIN: Peru. From our farms, to your table, we use natural and traditional growing practices with all of our Heirloom Organic Unpolished Quinoa. It is cultivated without the use of any pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides or any added preservatives or colorants. It is grown in the lush mountains of Peru, by a group of farmers who have formed a cohesive quinoa co-operative. Using traditional heirloom seed that is indigenous to that region, they grow and produce our quinoa the same way as their forefathers did.

FACT: Our heirloom quinoa is carefully washed by hand for three times (not mechanically polished), which allows the sour naturally occurring Sapotin to be removed while preserving the dietary fiber content found in the outer germ layer. The result? Our quinoa tastes terrific, can be immediately cooked with no rinsing required and contains up to 50% more fiber than other competitors!
