Hemp Ch-Ch-Chia Goji Power Smoothie!

What you will need to make this smoothie:

1/2 cup hemp seed nut

1 – 2 cups filtered water

2 tbsp raw virgin coconut oil with DMA for its metabolism boost, great for stoking any sluggish thyroid!

Blend to make your milk

Then add:

1 cup Gogi berries (Soaked overnight, to soften)

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cucumber for its alkaline effects

3 tbsp Chia Seed (great for endurance, this holds 10x water as it swells, thickens your shake and keeps us hydrated!)

1 tbsp raw coconut unsweetened flakes

1 – 2 scoops (30g) Hemp Protein Powder (50-65% Protein is ideal)

This breakfast smoothie is ideal for anyone that wants to sustain their energy throughout the day, as well it stimulated thyroid function for a boost, sluggish metabolism and appetite in the morning!

Raw Cacao Hemp Chunky Monkey!

Here’s watcha gonna need to make your Hemp Monkey:

1 organic frozen banana

1 2 tbsp natural no sodium peanut butter

2 tbsp lecithin granules

1/2 cup frozen yogurt vanilla

1/2 cup coconut or hemp milk

1 – 2 scoops (25 gm) raw hemp protein powder 50 – 60%

2 tbsp raw cacao nibs or powder

1 pinch stevia to sweetest desire

Blend with ice for thicker smoothie, top it off with a sprinkle of raw cacao powder ! Yum! Serves up enough for 2.

Raw Hempy Hummus Dip!

INGREDIENTS   

3 cups sprouted chick peas

1/2 cup raw hemp hearts

1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1-2 Tbsp cumin powder

1 Tbsp Nutritonal Yeast

2 Tbsp red miso

1 tsp cayenne powder or chilli pepers

1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS   

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth. Great with our raw hemp bread, or veggies!! Yum! Makes: 4 cups

Tropical Green Kiss Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh or frozen papaya (cubed)

1/2 med mango (cubed)

2 whole raw kale leaves

8-10 Strawberries

2 – 3 tbsp raw cacao powder

30 - 40 gram scoop Hemp Protein powder (40 – 60% protein)    

2 Tbsp dried shredded coconut

1 Tbsp coconut butter

2 Tbsp Organic (shelled hemp seed)  or hemp nut butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender, add ice if you prefer a thicker shake, enjoy!

Raw Cacao Java Hemp Latte

Raw Cacao Java Hemp LatteCoffee & Hemp Lovers this is for both health and lactose intolerant reasons.

You don’t have to be a hippie to dig hemp! Easy to do right at home.

  • 3 tbsp  Shelled Hemp Seed
  • 1 cup organic hemp milk (unsweetened)
  • 3 cups Brewed Hemp Roasted Coffee or Organic roast of choice
  • 2-3 oz Raw Cacao powder
  • pinch of Stevia & Cinnamon (taste to desire)

Add  Shelled Hemp Seed and Raw Cacao powder  in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. If you have a vitamix, blend on high for 2 – 3 minutes to warm the beverage to perfection. Near the end add your stevia & cinnamon, blast the blender! If you have a standard blender, you may want to stove warm the beverage to your desired temperature.
